The application needed to be simple and intuitive enough for field executives to use efficiently while on the move, yet robust enough to capture accurate customer and transaction data. It also had to seamlessly integrate with the existing accounting workflow, ensuring that the accounts team could generate invoices immediately upon submission without manual intervention or data duplication.
We designed and developed a user-friendly mobile application that digitised the entire field invoicing process. Sales representatives could capture customer details, record transactions, and submit data directly from the field, automatically triggering the invoice generation workflow for the accounts team. By eliminating manual processes and reducing operational delays, the solution significantly improved productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time across the sales and finance functions.
