Amazon Prime Video is one of the world’s leading OTT streaming platforms, offering an extensive catalogue of movies, series, Amazon Originals, and partner channel content. To support its content launches and subscription campaigns, the platform required large-scale creative adaptation across multiple digital channels, languages, and advertising formats.

Produce and deliver high-volume digital campaign assets for Amazon Prime Video’s content promotions and subscription initiatives. Each campaign required creative adaptations across multiple banner sizes, regional languages, and platform specifications while incorporating campaign-specific calls-to-action such as Subscribe Now, Renew Membership, and other promotional messaging.

The scale and speed of execution were the defining challenges. Every campaign involved hundreds of creative adaptations while maintaining absolute consistency in layout, typography, imagery, and brand guidelines. Each banner required precise placement of artwork, accurate content localisation, and platform-specific specifications, all within demanding turnaround times to support scheduled campaign launches.

We established a streamlined creative production workflow capable of managing large-scale adaptation requirements without compromising quality or accuracy. By implementing rigorous quality control and efficient asset management, we ensured every creative was production-ready, visually consistent, and delivered within the required timelines.

  1. Successfully managed 52 campaign titles during peak production periods.
  2. Produced an average of 80 adaptations per title, resulting in nearly 4,000 digital banner adaptations in a single month.
  3. Delivered additional print adaptations for movie posters alongside ongoing digital campaigns.
  4. Maintained 100% on-time delivery, enabling campaigns to launch as scheduled across multiple platforms and languages.
